Bookings are secured by a 30% deposit of total booking amount
Remaining balance: settled at least 9 weeks prior to arrival
Total booking amount is paid if arrivals are within 9 weeks during booking time
Booking Deposit 30%: non refundable
63-43 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 60% of total invoice is charged
42-29 days prior to confirmed arrival date: 80% of total invoice is charged
28-0 days, late cancellations, no show, departure prior- or arrival-after the confirmed dates: 100% charged
No cooling off period: Please note that you do not have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your booking within 14 days and receive a refund. This right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 does not apply to property bookings.
Check in: 16:00 / Check out: 10:00 - Min stay 7-nights. Preferably Saturday to Saturday
Security deposit 2.000 € is required and is refundable via same payment method after villa inspection
Accounts settlement: via bank transfer
